Gerber Daisy Cake

This cake was a lot of fun to make. I wanted to experiment with a new recipe (orange mango, yum yum) and decided to test it out by sending it to work with my husband. The recipe was a winner and I have added it to the list of cake flavors. I decided to keep the design of this cake pretty simple while still trying out a new technique. I was very happy with the results all around with this cake.
